B & T Farm is privately owned and operated by dressage enthusiasts, Tina and Bruce Lovazzano. Together, with the trainers at Seven Oaks Farm, we are dedicated to superior care and training of both horse and rider.
PHILOSOPHY
B & T Farm began with a vision of creating an environment where horses could live happily and train confidently in the sport of dressage. Our vision soon became a reality with the completion of our private dressage show barn, built upon the important principle that the horses always come first.
By offering incomparable facilities, first-rate service and a sympathetic approach to training, we achieved our vision and succeeded in creating a place where owners and riders can truly enjoy their horses. We hope to facilitate the development of a harmonious bond between horse and rider by keeping the horses in our care happy and content.

OUR TEAM
We are proud to offer our clients full service dressage training and instruction by Seven Oaks Farm, one of the largest and most successful dressage show barns in California. Whether your dream is to win at the FEI levels of dressage or to have the best seat in the state, Seven Oaks Farm provides a safe, friendly and motivating environment to help you achieve your goals.
Seven Oaks' trainers, Carrie Coe and Pamela Miller, have been riding and training dressage for more than 20 years. They and their students have won regional and national titles at every level from training through FEI. Learn more about the training program, including rates in Services.
Carrie Coe, Trainer
Carrie has trained and ridden many horses from their first baby moments through Grand Prix. With the Seven Oaks horses Zeal and Gavilan, she has placed first, second or third at almost every level at the USEF championships. She has also won multiple USDF horse of the year awards. Carrie currently competes several of her students' horses, as well as Seven Oaks school horses, while she waits for a few Seven Oaks homebreds to be under saddle. Her degree in psychology and education helps her to translate her natural talent for dressage into a system that is easy for both humans and equines to understand. When she isn't riding, Carrie likes to swim and to read about quantum mechanics.

Pamela Miller, Trainer
Pamela has also trained and ridden horses at all levels of dressage. She has placed in the top five at many USEF championships, as well as winning USDF horse of the year awards. She currently competes Seven Oaks horses--both customers' horses as well as school horses--while she waits for some of the Seven Oaks homebreds to grow up. Her experience teaching obscure Italian poetry allows her to have patience and a creative lecturing style, which makes the dressage lessons that she gives entertaining as well as informative. When she isn't riding, Pamela likes to play with her dog, Maggie, and watch "Third Rock from the Sun" re-runs. |
Julie Rotolo, Barn Manager
Horses have been an important part of Julie's life since early childhood. As a certified equine massage therapist, Julie specializes in Tuina Warming, a style of massage that begins with gently stroking the muscles and using several different kneading techniques to loosen muscle fibers. Utilizing Tuina Warming, Reiki, aromatherapy and other techniques, alone or in conjunction with each other, Julie is able to effectively assist horses in healing from injuries, relieve physical and emotional stresses such as trailering, going to shows, and calm anxiety caused by new environments.
Julie maintains a consistent work schedule and resides on the property. Her solid integrity, experience and responsible nature make her ideally suited for the position as B & T Farm's barn manager. |
